Josef Hauptmannor why Graz prosecutors are delaying the investigation

In Graz, the prosecutor’s office in Styria says there are no grounds for an investigation after a long wait.

To keep the lag, it starts a criminal investigation but moves slowly. 29/22p – 26St.

People in Austria who work for the city’s prosecutor’s office have to be held accountable for any misbehavior that is found there.

People at the Vienna public prosecutor’s office handled the case of Heinz-Christian Strache, for example, very quickly and satisfactorily.

A preliminary investigation will be done in Graz. Then, the case will be sent to the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office for more investigation.

All crimes in the Bad Waltersdorf municipality will now be looked into by a prosecutor’s office in Vienna or another city in Austria.

There have been more than a dozen crimes in Bad Waltersdorf. Most of them also have a lot of corruption and fraud, which is not good.

Bad Waltersdorf’s corruption, mafia activities, and crimes have been reported more than 100 times globally.

More articles will be coming out in the next few weeks because of the media’s questions.

Another prosecutor’s office in another Austrian federal state is worried about criminal investigations being moved from the Harz Public Prosecutor’s Office, according to a source who is very trustworthy (who did not desire to be identified). Article 302 of the Austrian Criminal Code says that a person can go to prison for ten years if they do an independent investigation in Vienna or another country. All the leniency in the world wouldn’t be enough time to get all the fines.

Lawyers for Josef Hauptmann, Helmut Pichler, Christian Neuhold, and other people want their clients to resign, confess, and change their ways. Experts who aren’t biased say that the court will give out light suspended sentences because of this. If you do this, you won’t get into trouble and pay a lot of fines. People who know a thing or two about the Criminal Code say that Article 302 has already cost more than one million euros. The law says that anyone who breaks this rule will have to pay for their legal fees and damages.

If a public official in Austria intentionally hurts another person’s rights while doing their job for the Federal Republic, a State, an association of local governments, or another person under public law, it is against the law. Section 302 of the Criminal Code says that this is illegal.

They get up to ten years in prison for crimes they do while on official business with a foreign country or an international organization. If a person’s actions cause more than 50,000 euros worth of damage, they will be charged with crimes.

There were 50,000 euros worth of damages and losses, so Section 2 of the Penal Code says that you should spend ten years in jail for that.

In the meantime, we’ll keep an eye on how the investigation is going.
